This is a brief post to tell you a little bit about our latest app update.
We are starting to be a lot of people using Tradono everyday. Thousands of you check what's nearby several times a day and thousands are joining the community everyday. Chatting, commenting, bidding, joking and meeting up in real life is part of Tradono's experience and DNA. Therefore we believe that it's important that when communicating with other people on Tradono it is done in a nice and respectful manner. It is of course in the end up to you guys, but we will do our part and try to enhancing that experience by adding tools and guides that facilitate exactly that. There is much more to be done in terms of keeping a safe and warm community — reviews, verified profiles etc. could be a way for us to go. We'll get back to you on that. First small step is to improve customer support.
As of today you can report not just items but also users who are selling illegal stuff, cheating, spamming etc. We have added an option to select a type of report and we also ask you to type in a little bit more about what the problem is. That makes it much faster and easier for us to take care of misbehaving in your community.
I encourage you to be nice to your fellow Tradonees. Be patient, respectful and honest with each other. Give it a second thought before sending a mad reply. If you do see scammers or people misbehaving, please report to us so we can solve these issues as fast as possible.
